I really like your pictures. Cool blog and impressive resume. I’m thinking about a visit to China but it is only one of my 155 ideas. http://freetude.blogspot.com/
Hey Mary, thanks for the compliment and glad you like my blog. China is a great place to visit so you definitely need it on your list. Unfortunately Blogspot is still blocked in China so I cant see what your other ideas are. Hopefully soon I will be able to.
Beautiful pictures. I can not believe that the air is so much crispy clear.
Enjoyed reading your last “365 days”. FYI — should be able to find a real Christmas tree in Liang Ma Market — by Lufhansa Center
Thanks for the compliment and glad you like the first 365 days. My blog is suppose to end this year – but I might decide to continue the project for another year. Thanks for tip on where to buy a real tree, though probably a bit late for this Christmas.
Hey Ray I recently just found your site a couple weeks back. I’m glad that you decided to post more. I can honestly say that all the blogs I’ve gone through of ex pats, yours is the most interesting. I am planning to move myself and try to find a job out in China with looking through these blogs and you depict a good way of what life would be like through a westerner. If you wouldn’t mind could I email you for some advice to how one would get out there?
Nice China blog! I’m the founder of the Chinese Language Institute (CLI) and am thinking about starting a blog on our website (http://www.studycli.org). I’m glad I stumbled upon this one though. Keep up the good work!
Hi Robert, thanks for the compliment! I would definitely recommend starting your own blog. Maybe combine the idea of learning Chinese and also about life in Guilin. Could be quite unique.
Definitely. I really enjoy reading the articles on your site. I’m also very interested in the concept of brand identity and try my best to promote the CLI brand. Keep up the good work with your career and blog!
Will do, and I’ll keep you posted as we get it up and running. You’re right on track with your suggestion… thanks and best of luck with the baby on the way!
